Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Ellis
Andrew provides leadership to our staff and organisation, working closely with our founders to continue building the organisation they established.
With an MBA and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, his leadership and governance experience extends through working as both CEO and board member/chair of similar organisations to Hope Circle.
Andrew’s commitment to working with organisations like Hope Circle comes from a desire to put his business and commercial skills into practice in a way that helps vulnerable or disadvantaged people.
Chief Operating Officer
Heath Nash
Heath plays an important leadership role leading our service coordinators and support workers, liaising with other key staff to ensure a quality service is delivered.
As a registered nurse with a diverse background in disability, mental health and aged care, Heath brings extensive expertise to the team at Hope Circle.
Heath’s passion lies in fostering the best possible outcomes for people with disability and believes collaboration with the circle of supports around a client plays a key role in achieving this.
Senior Manager - Client Services (SA)
Karen Diaz
Karen works closely with a number of our SIL and community clients, supporting service delivery and working with the client’s circle of supports across Adelaide.
She has worked in disability services since the early days of the NDIS, both supporting client service delivery and having strong operational management experience.
Karen has previous qualifications in HR and an MBA, and is a passionate advocate for her clients, assisting them to live the life they want.
Service Coordinator (SA)
Palak
Palak works closely with a number of our SIL and community clients, supporting service delivery and working with the client’s circle of supports across Adelaide.
With experience as a support coordinator, she understands the intricacies of the NDIS and helps our clients to navigate the system to achieve best outcomes.
Palak has an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, Bachelors and Masters in Multimedia; and is passionate about ensuring our clients get the support they need, when they need it.
Service Coordinator (WA)
Georgina Pierce
Georgina brings strong experience in coordination roles across the disability sector, where she has supported individuals, families, and teams with professionalism and care.
With a background in counselling studies, she takes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Advocacy is central to her approach, and she works to ensure each person’s rights, choices, and goals remain at the centre of planning and support.
As Hope Circle’s Service Coordinator in Perth, Georgina works closely with the client, family and other stakeholders to help improve the client’s overall quality of life.
Client Relationship Manager
Gurtej Singh
Gurtej started with Hope Circle as a disability support worker and has progressed to a key managerial role within our team.
With his background as a disability support worker, he brings unique strengths, understanding and connections to his role. He provides a liaison between clients and other stakeholders, advocating for what the client needs – and working to deliver an outcome.
He has a Certificate III in Disability Support; and is passionate about building and maintaining relationships, with a focus on customer experience.
Compliance Officer
Sindhu DL
Having previously worked as a behaviour support practitioner, Sindhu brings a significant skillset to our office-based team.
Her role encompasses oversight of restrictive practices, behaviour support plan implementation, incident investigation and reporting. She works proactively to support our clients and service coordinators to reduce and eliminate restrictive practices where possible.
Sindhu is passionate about learning and using her skills to support our clients and other staff team. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychological Studies and a Masters in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
