Our mission is to support individuals with complex needs by working directly with their entire circle of supports—that means their family/guardian, support coordinator, therapists, and other providers.
Established in 2019, we specialise in providing supported independent living (SIL), in-home & community support and short term accommodation to individuals with complex disabilities across Adelaide and Perth.
As a registered NDIS provider, our team has extensive experience working with NDIS participants who have justice and forensic histories, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities.
Our Services
Our individualized disability support services in Adelaide and Perth include supported independent living (SIL), in-home & community support and short term accommodation. As part of this, we are also an implementing provider of behaviour support plans and/or use of regulated restrictive practices, where we have a record of reducing or eliminating a client’s restrictive practices. We pride ourselves on creating individualised care plans that uphold a client’s right to live their life, even when complex risks are involved.
