Our Story

Our Journey

Hope Circle began with a simple but powerful idea: to provide truly collaborative and person-centered care for individuals with complex needs. With backgrounds in support work and behaviour support, our Founders saw firsthand the challenges clients faced in finding holistic support. In 2019, they established SA Hope Foundation to ensure people could have their entire circle of supports—from family to therapists—working together for their better future.

After successfully serving the Adelaide community, we expanded our mission to Perth in 2022. We consolidated both organisations into Hope Circle in 2023, with a name that honors our core value of working in partnership with our client’s circle of support.

Why we do what we do

We believe that everyone has the right to live their own lives, even if those choices involve some risk or potential negative outcome.

Our team prides itself on working with clients and their circle to set up individualised supports when and how they would like them delivered.

We use a holistic model of care and skill development to help clients build a positive and meaningful future.

Hope Circle’s holistic model of care recognizes that the individual is more than their disability; and provides a circle of support that includes their physical and mental health, social, spiritual and cultural needs. Our experience has been that this leads to improved health outcomes and better quality of life.

Who we are today

Today, Hope Circle specialises in providing SIL and in-home & community support to individuals with complex disabilities. Our team has extensive experience working with NDIS participants who have forensic histories, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities.

As a registered NDIS disability services provider, we are committed to delivering a quality service and to continually improving it.

Through a commitment to working with clients who have complex needs, we are able to implement behaviour support plans and/or use regulated restrictive practices. Our approach and experience has led to many clients’ restrictive practices being reduced or eliminated.

Our disability supports and services are provided across the Adelaide and Perth metropolitan areas.
