Feedback at Hope Circle
At Hope Circle, we strive to continually improve the services we provide to our clients.
If you have any feedback or complaints about our services or suggestions on how we can improve, then we encourage you to provide that feedback to us.
We welcome specific feedback on our team so that we can reward service excellence and support further training where needed.
How can I share feedback or a complaint?
If you feel comfortable, then we encourage that feedback be provided directly to the relevant staff member.
Alternatively, you may contact our office and speak with the relevant Service Coordinator or Chief Operating Officer.
You might consider whether to have a nominee or an advocate assist you to provide feedback.
If you would like to contact someone independent of the above, then there are several ways of doing that. You can provide feedback or a complaint by:
Email feedback@hopecircle.com.au
Writing to Hope Circle, 118a Glen Osmond Road, PARKSIDE SA 5063
Calling 1300 140 315
What will happen to my feedback?
Hope Circle will treat all feedback and complaints with dignity, respect and confidentiality. We aim to resolve the issue to the best outcome for all parties as soon as practical.
If required, we can provide support to access translation, advocacy, or other support services where appropriate.
Some complaints may be resolved on the spot; however, others could require an investigation which can take time. We endeavour to resolve complaints as soon as we can, and keep you informed of the process.
