Hope Circle values the lived experiences of people with disability and their families/carers in the NDIS world. We also understand how important and challenging it is for them to find a suitable service provider and receive the quality of services to address their wants and needs effectively in line with goals outlined in their NDIS plan. THE NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports people with disability to live full, independent and meaningful lives. NDIS aims to provide people with total choice and control over the supports participants’ access. Hope Circle is the registered NDIS provider for range of services and meeting with one of our staff we can explain in detail how the NDIS funding could avail you range of different supports to achieve you goals.

Workforce Development:
Hope Circle management ensure that the staff are updated with all the mandatory training and are supervised by their manager. Any gap in skill levels is discussed with the staff member in order to develop a skill development plan.
Monitoring and Review:
We collect, monitor, analyse and report on data that helps establish best practices, such as Restrictive Practice Authorisation (RPA).
