In-home support

Hope Circle provides support and assistance for participants in Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne with their daily personal activities. Hope Circle respects participant’s rights and needs, a checklist or support tasks will be developed between our intake officer and participant and/or their family members for creating a In-home care support plan for support workers to follow up. Hope Circle also acknowledges client’s choice and preference in selecting the right support worker and delivering the required services. The developed services/checklist will be reviewed weekly to adjust and address participant’s individual needs. In-home support includes domestic assistance (e.g. cleaning, laundry, cooking) and personal care (such as bathing, showering, dressing, feeding, toileting and grooming).

Participants can utilize the core support funding in their NDIS plan to access the above services.
